Phil Cooper
Phil became a wheelchair user when at 18, he was involved in a serious RTA.
In successive years his weight ballooned, his personal and work life suffered, and he shut himself away from the world. In 2022 Phil joined the first MBGSA and began the road to where he is now. Within 12 months he had lost a massive 5 stone.
Qualifications - Working towards level 3 personal trainer - Over 30 years of experience as a wheelchair user
